Just days after OD’ing on Thanksgiving food, both Kelly Rowland (31) and Justin Bieber (18) are showing off their wash-board ab game. Kelly, who regularly works out with celebrity fitness trainer, Jeanette Jenkins tweeted:

#Holidayworkouts! I’m blessed to workout with my motivator, @JeanetteJenkins, you can too! #blackfridayspec

While Bieb’s showed off his abs, writing:

‘Back in the gym’

Guess I need to take my a** somebody’s gym too! Sheesh.
