Beyonce’s Two-Sided Approach for Dereon

The mother and daughter duo, Beyonce and Tina Knowles, took a different approach this fall for “House of Dereon.” There will be a separate fall collection and a separate Holiday collection, each with their own inspirations. The Fall Collection, called “City Jungle,” will be street-wear with ultra glam prints while the Holiday Collection, called “Global Nomadic,” is inspired by her latest album “4.” Photographers, Terry Richardson and Tony Duran each worked separately with Beyonce to create two different campaigns.

The collection will launch in the UK this September and be featured in numerous international magazines.  When asked about the collection Bey explained,

“Working with Tony and Terry on these two separate campaigns was such an amazing experience. Their approach is so different, yet to me the end results are so beautiful in their own unique way.”

Momma Tina Knowles shared her excitement,

“I am so excited about the upcoming campaigns for ‘House of Dereon.’ These two incredibly talented photographers have captured such strong images of [both] the collections and Beyonce. I believe each will create a positive emotional reaction from our customers in the UK. We are so excited about the launch of our House of Dereon there and are thrilled to support it with these two powerful campaigns.”
