The drama surrounding Nicki Minaj’s last-minute absence from Hot 97′s “Summer Jam” concert, came to an abrupt climax Monday night, when she called to speak to radio personality Funk Master Flex. The conversation, had happened earlier in the day, but the station recorded the call and both parties decided to allow it to be aired. From what I can gather (and there is a bit of over-talking from both Minaj and Flex), both are very passionate about their perspectives on why or why not Nicki should have hit the stage. I’m interested in hearing what your thoughts are…Who’s side are you on? Should Nicki have pulled out the show because of Rosenberg’s comments? Was Nicki forced to because her boss (Lil Wayne), instructed her to? Was Flex wrong for taking jabs at her during the “Summer Jam” concert, once he learned she had pulled out of the show?
