(EXCLUSIVE) Derrick Rose Blasted By Rape Accuser For Calling Her Promiscuous and Poor

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, the woman accusing Derrick Rose of rape has returned to court in her $21 million dollar legal battle against him. This time, she is blasting her former lover and his legal team — accusing them of insulting her during a 7-hour deposition by calling her poor, a ‘bootycall’ and even instituting that her goal was to get knocked up by the NBA star.

Here’s the backstory: Rose was sued earlier this year by a woman – who filed the complaint under Jane Joe – accusing the NBA star and two of his friends of drugging her and then gang raping her inside her apartment.

The woman explained she date Rose from 2011 to 2013 and during the time she said Rose attempted to pressure her into doing various sexual activities such as masturbating on camera, allowing him to have sex with her friends and demanding she participate in group sex.

Then in August 2013, the woman claimed that Rose and his two friends, Ryan Allen and Randall Hampton, invited her to the NBA star’s L.A. mansion, where she claims someone slipped a drug into her drink with the aim of raping her.

She claimed that she escaped the home with a friend but later in the evening Rose and his friends broke into her home and gang raped her while she was unconscious. The woman filed suit and is demanding $21 million dollar in damages.

The NBA star fired back at the lawsuit, denying all allegations that he raped his ex-girlfriend and said she gave him and his buddies consent to have sex.

Rose claimed that the woman was only upset with him due to her not being reimbursed for sex toys used during the night in question. He said that once he started ignoring her texts, she became even angrier with him. Rose demanded the entire suit be thrown out.

Here’s the latest: Last week, the woman returned to court blasting the NBA star and his lawyers for turning her 7-hour deposition – where she was grilled under oath by his legal team – into a complete nightmare where she was insulted over and over.

She explains that during her depo, Rose’s legal team asked numerous insulting questions in an attempt to paint her as something she is not.

The woman says that she was insulted by comments about her being poor, just a “bootycall” and even threats that her father was racist.

Things got even worse when the lawyers tried to insinuate that her goal was to get pregnant by Rose and have his child. They also brought up a photo she took with 3 men where she is holding up a energy drink. She says the photo was taken in the office of a marketing company that markets the product,  but Rose’s lawyer attempted to portray that she wanted to have sex with all 3 men in the photo.

The woman says this behavior has happened for months by the NBA star and his legal team and she has had enough of the unethical attacks and repeated ethnic and misogynistic slurs towards her and she claims Rose’s recent attempt to depose her parents is nothing more than an attempt to draw attention away from the fact that he and his friends are serial sex offenders and rapists.
