Per their deal, Austin will dismiss all claims against the defendants and the suit be will be closed forever. The terms of any settlement will remain confidential.

Austin claimed he paid $100k to the rep as a deposit. However, once he started to promote the show he was contacted by reps of the singer demanding he stop saying Kelly would be performing at the show. They stated that he knew nothing about it & the rep he signed the deal with was a fraud. He said he lost a ton of profits on the cancelled show and didn’t buy the singer’s excuse, suing for $180k in damages.

Kelly responded, counter-suing the alleged rep, John Mosley, accusing him of not having authority or permission to execute deals for him. He learned about the deal when $70k showed up in his bank account unexpectedly but he claimed to have returned the funds. The singer sued demanding damages for the harm to his reputation.
