Blac Chyna’s Mother Tokyo Toni Sued By Landlord, Refuses To Leave Property

Tokyo Toni may have found herself in a bit of legal trouble. Tokyo, who is the mother of Blac Chyna, is being sued by her landlord for staying past her lease agreement, according to Rhymes With Snitch. The site reports,

Last month Blac Chyna’s mother Tokyo Toni was ordered to stay away from her landlord after she was accused of threatening to attack her. Now that her lease is up Tokyo is refusing to leave. According to recently filed court docs Tokyo Toni has been slapped with a ‘Tenant Holding Over’ case and must appear in court Oct. 10, 2017 to explain why she won’t get out.
