Russell Simmons was spotted in Miami, Florida over the weekend, as his birthday is coming up (literally). According to the pix, he was enjoying the sunshine state with his nieces, Vanessa and Angela Simmons. In non-sun-ray news,  Simmons  just finished an important higher education charity for children in Africa called “The Diamond Empowerment Fund.”  Source
