Comedian Mo’Nique Suing Landlord, Says Home Smells Like Dog Sh*t0

44-year-old actress/comedian, Mo’Nique, is in the midst of a legal dispute with her Georgie landlord. According to Mo’Nique, the home (which she had been renting for $22,000 per month) is d*mn near un-liveable. She’s suing and  claims that it smells of dog feces, wet dog, urine (of unknown origin) and mold, thus forcing her to demand that she is let out of her rental contract. So what does her landlord say? Her landlord is suing Mo’Nique, alleging that she still owes $37,000, in unpaid rent and other charges. [TMZ]
