As fate (and full promotion) would have it, Jay-Z’s Decoded hits No. 3 on the hardcover nonfiction New York Best Seller’s list this week. Who beat Jay? George W. Bush’s Decision Points (a memoir discussing his Christianity, alcoholism, family, Sept. 11th, Iraq & Katrina) lands the No. 1 spot.
