This weekend, Lil Wayne’s eldest daughter, Reginae, celebrated her 12th birthday at Straits Restaurant (owned by Ludacris) in Atlanta. A few celebs/close friends/family of Reginae were in attendance like Lil Wayne’s other baby mama, Nivea, Diggy Simmons, Tiny (Tip’s wife) and Birdman.
