Usher, along with his crazy hair cut, was spotted getting off of his tour bus. Usher’s scheduled to perform in DC on Friday.

Trina’s Diamond Doll Foundation, Kim’s Closet Boutique and Billionaire Mafia clothing joined forces 3rd Annual Jingle Bell Toy Drive.
