Kanye West Rocks w/ Jay for Free
Kanye West performed for free on New Year’s Eve/Day with Jay-Z and Cold Play at Las Vega’s Gansevoort Park Avenue hotel.
According to Page Sex, initially the hotel could not afford Ye’s fees, as he wanted the video rights to his performance, which the hotel was unwilling to pay for. But at the last minute (just a few hours before the show), Ye showed up and paid for his own private jet and performed for free. Allegedly, Jay was paid a cool $1million for his performance.
