Former sex-symbol and R&B singer, D’Angelo, was spotted leaving court in NYC yesterday. He was facing charges stemming from last March 2010, when he allegedly offered an undercover policewoman $40 for oral sex  in West Village. (((($40, though? I know it’s a recession, but dag….)))

Remember that 6-pack sexy body that he use to pimp to the media, with that sexy voice? Well, sometimes life has a way of slowing us down–drastically. Hope dude makes a comeback.
