Lady Gaga doesn’t get cold. That’s why she was spotted walking down New York’s lower Manhattan yesterday (trust me, it was beyond nippy yesterday), rocking some under-wear, a bra thingy and a jacket. She was filming a scene for an HBO documentary that’s scheduled to air on May 7.
