Actress, Nia Long, stopped by ‘The View’ on Tuesday. She shared how Whoopi Goldber (they filmed together in 1993) had been like a mentor to her. She shared, “And [Goldberg] says to me, ‘You’re going to be great, but you need to develop a second layer of skin. And when you turn forty, and everything balances out, and you’ve been in this business the way that I have all of these years, it never left my mind. And I thank you and I love you and now I know what it means to have that second layer of skin.”
