Estelle Previews Album in NY Restaurant
According to Page Six, folks that recently dined at ‘The Lion’ got a preview of singer Estelle’s upcoming album. The album, which is slated to be released in September, was previewed with Estelle, Kevin Liles and Sean Patterson (of Wilhelmina) and diners through the restaurants sound system. A source said, “[Chef/owner] John DeLucie stepped in and let them play the album over the restaurant sound system. All the diners got to hear Estelle’s album four months before it comes out.” I guess no one decided to take out their blackberry’s and record any snippets, eh? LOL. Sweet, nonetheless.
