Rapper Cassidy Arrested + Suspected in 1 Murder, 2 Attempted Murders
On the afternoon of Saturday, May 14, rapper Cassidy (real name Barry Adrian Reese) was arrested for an open warrant for violating violation. He was arrested at a convenient store in New Jersey, after leaving his home. According to reports, he is suspected in one murder and two attempted murders in his Philadelphia, where he is from. Currently, he’s in the Bergen County Jail Annex and is awaiting to be returned to Philadelphia. This is not Cassidy’s first serious run-in with the law. In 2005, he was involved in an altercation in Northwest Philly, where a man was killed. He was later On convicted of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of aggravated assault and possession of an instrument of crime for his involvement in the shooting.
