Case Dismissed on Football Player Who Wore Saggy Jeans in Airport

An incident involving University of New Mexico football player Deshon Marman and US Airlines has been somewhat resolved. On June 15th, Marman was repeatedly asked to pull up his pants because he was exposing a body part. Airlines officials say that Marman refused, and he was thrown off of the plane. Marman was arrested on suspicion of trespassing, battery of a police officer and obstruction. Marman’s team says that there was no evidence that a body part was exposed. This incident sparked a huge debate on what many considered racial profiling, especially since a white man wearing un-traditional men’s clothing (a photo surfaced of a man who flew aboard a US Airways flight wearing skimpy women’s panties and mid-thigh stockings) was allowed on the airline a few days before. The San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office determined criminal charges were not warranted. Peep the full story here.
Yo, by the looks of this photo (assumption here folks), dude looks like he will beat the sh*t outta somebody. I can’t believe they had the nerve to even ask him to pull up his pants. Y’all gon’ act like you don’t see how thick this man’s neck is? BTW, I want a gold tooth too. Judge. Me.
