Chris Brown Gets on His Neighbors Effing Nerves

Chris Brown’s West Hollywood neighbors ain’t really feeling him too tough these days. Breezy’s neighbors have been complaining that he’s been parking in handicapped spaces, blasting his loud ass music and racing dogs in hallways (it’s a condo). Breezy’s attorney,  Mark Geragos, told TMZ that Chris is entitled totwo spaces belong to Chris, but the developer never disclosed the spots were reserved for the handicapped. His attorney also shared that Chris is in litigation with the building over the spaces and is fighting the tickets. He never addressed Breezy’s loud ass music or hallway dog racing :) Via TMZ
