L.A. Reid Forbids Ugly Employees, “I don’t want ugly people working here.”

Don’t roll your eyes, I’m just telling you what the man ALLEGEDLY said. According to Page Six, L.A. Reid, who is the new CEO at Epic Records, wants only attractive employees. Rumor has it that he told label executives, “I don’t want no ugly people working here; I only want good-looking people.” Another source adds that, “Reid’s thing is keeping it sexy.” It’s a terrible thing to say, but employers–especially in this industry–tend to think this way. What do you think…is this repulsive or realistic?
