But sources have revealed that the sudden boost was bought not earned. According to ViralMS, someone paid $7,799 to get Rihanna 100,000 more likes on the social networking site. The name of the person has not been revealed but sources stress that it was not necessarily Rihanna herself or someone on her team. It could have just been a really big fan of hers. ViralMS is a viral marketing site that supposedly does this type of thing for celebrities all the time. Having more fans on facebook makes them seem more popular, of course. So, the question is, does it matter if her Facebook ‘love’ was purchased?
