Rapper Eve Sells Her Old House (Pix Incluced) + Prepares to Release New Album

No wonder we haven’t heard much from rapper/actor Eve lately — she must have been hiding out in the beautiful mansion she just sold. Earlier this month she sold her Hollywood Hills mansion for $1,325,000. She bought the home for $1,775,000 in 2005 and originally listed it for $2million but with today’s economy, we can understand why she had to sell it for less.

The sale of her home is right on time for her to come back out of hiding again. The rapper is preparing for her new album, which will be titled “Lip Lock.” The 32-year old has had quite a successful career in the past. She sold over 8 million albums from her first three productions. We hope that this new album will bring her just as much success.
