Angela Simmons celebrated her 24th birthday in Miami over the weekend. She kicked off her b-day festivities by relaxing on Miami Beach with her friends. On Friday evening she was spotted at Club Play. Later that evening, her ex-boyfriend, Bow Wow made a surprise pop up.
