Evelyn Lozada Sues Blogger + T-Shirt “Boobies” Give Back

Bloggers beware. Basketball Wives reality star, Evelyn Lozada, who is engaged to Chad Ochocinco, did not find infidelity rumors amusing at all. The rumor, which came out last month, alleged that Lozada cheated on Ochocinco with his close NFL friend, Terrell Owens. The Miami News Times reported that last week, Lozada filed a suit in Miami-Dade court, Lozada is seeking $15,000 in damages, from Media Take Out. It appears that while a number of blogs, this blog included, ran the alleged rumor, MTO, was the blog that falsely created a flat out lie. As of yet, besides these court documents, there has been no official word from Lozada’s camp. In more meaningful news, Lozada’s signature t-shirts have joined forces for a great cause. According to Lozada’s tweets, $1 dollar of the shirt will be donated.
