Halle Berry and Baby Daddy Fight Over Nanny

Halle Berry and her baby-daddy, Gabriel Aubry, are in disagreement again. Since their separation in 2010, almost 3 years after their daughter was born, they have been going back and forth about custody. Initially there was a 50/50 deal. Then in August of this year, Halle won the battle for permission to take Nahla with her to Europe, while she shoots her new movie, Cloud Atlas. Gabriel was given permission to visit Nahla while she’s abroad with Halle, and spend time with his daughter but only when a Nanny is present. Apparently, Gabriel thinks that it (a mandatory Nanny) is unfair. Now he and Halle are back in court to fight another battle. On Friday Gabriel’s lawyer, Gary Fishbein, filed a request to have the Nanny clause removed from his custody deal. Halle’s rep, Neal Hersh challenged the request. No agreement has been reached yet.
