Foot-Facelift :: Is Ciara In A Wheel Chair Because of Corrective Foot Surgery?

Wednesday evening, singer Ciara attended the 2011 Roll Over Hunger event (presented by: DeVyne Intervention, Big Wayne of Throwbacks, and Chico of Stamped N), in a wheelchair. No word as to what actually happened, but my guess is she had some corrective surgery on her feet. Remember awhile back people gave her a hard time on her foot game?

PURE Speculation, but perhaps she wanted to give her feet a face-lift??!! Who knows, nonetheless, she seemed to be in great spirits.  Thanksgiving afternoon, she tweeted:
