Usher & Tameka Raymond Drama Continues + Tameka Defends Herself on Twitter

The drama between Tameka and Usher Raymond continues to escalate. Earlier this week, news hit that part of her reason for wanting sole custody of their two children, was that Tameka believed that Usher abused drugs. In documents, she reported one specific incident, claiming that in 2008, she found mysterious pills in his jean pockets and she believes he was wasted during a concert in Germany.

Tameka explained:

“I dated him . . . when he’s had a very serious throat condition and he still performs like a champ… I really feel strongly that something was going on there, and it wasn’t, ‘Oh I have laryngitis.’ I believe he gets high. And if he doesn’t then he’d take the drug test, correct?”

According to reports today, Tameka is concerned that courts are taking too long to make Usher take the drug test. Allegedly, she is pleading with the court to force Usher to take the test and suggests that any further delay will allow Usher to clean his system. Meanwhile, there has been no official word from Usher’s camp (outside of calling the allegations “frivolous”). On Twitter, Tameka tweeted:

Although, I love me some twitter, I sorta kinda wish Tameka’s camp would release an official statement. We hear that she doesn’t use a publicist and she doesn’t necessarily do media interviews, but still…. :(
