Chris Brown Begs Fans to Stop Sending Death Threats to John Legend’s Fiance

Chris Brown has taken to twitter to plead with his #TeamBreezy fans to stop sending death threats to John Legend’s fiance, Chrissy Tiegen. If you’ll recall, after Breezy’s Billboard Music Awards performance, Chrissy made a slick comment on twitter about him not singing live, tweeting:

“Live singing is a helluva thing.”

After she tweeted that, Chris Brown fans bombarded her mentions with not-so-nice things to say. A few even threw some twitter threats her way. And Tuesday afternoon, Chris sorta kinda instructed his fans to lay off of Chrissy, tweeting:

Team Breezy! Lets stop sending death threats! I know y’all bout that life but it’s the wrong message! Ur turning haters into victims! And that only furthers their pointless existence!

And guess who wasn’t thrilled with this tweet? Chrissy’s fiance, John Legend. He tweeted:

Ouch!

John Legend is doing what he’s supposed to do. And Chris Brown nor his fans are gangstas (Really…Chris Brown…who wears leggings and blonde hair). John Legend is on that grown man ish.

I second that and anyone who thinks that shit was o.k. is just as ignorant as his fans.

I agree. John Legend did what he was supposed to do…stand up for his fiance. Chris Brown is convinced everyone who doesn’t like something he does is a hater. If that’s the case, he has a lot of haters then because all I saw were tweets about him lip syncing.

I agree. Go John! I can’t stand Chris Brown and his antics. He does lip-sync often and when he does sing live its not all that. Like he said, as an artist you need to understand everybody isn’t gonna be a fan of your work.
