Ouch! Oliver Martinez Beat the Brakes Off Gabriel Aubry’s Face + Close-Up Of Dude’s Face

It may be argued, if you’d like to know who won the fight, look at the after-marks. From the looks of things, Halle Berry’s 5–year-old fiance, Oliver Martinez, got the best of 37-year-old Gabriel Aubry (Halle’s ex-boyfriend/baby-daddy) during their Thanksgiving brawl.

What happened? Long story short, Gabriel showed up at Halle’s home, with their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla for a custodial hand-off. Reportedly, Gabriel was inside the house when Olivier walked up to him and said, “We have to move on.” A scuffle ensued with Gabriel suffering a broken rib, contusions on his face, and possibly a more serious head injury. Olivier allegedly, broke his hand and suffered neck injuries as well. Gabriel was arrested for investigation of battery and was booked for investigation of a battery, a misdemeanor, and released on $20,000 bail.
