Robin Roberts Makes Rare Public Appearance + Russell Simmons Brings Girlfriend to St. Barts

Seeing people fight for their lives, literally, without complaint, always puts things in perspective for me. Such is the case and story of Robin Roberts. As most of you know, the Good Morning America co-host, is recovering from a bone marrow transplant after battling a rare bone marrow disorder. And on Friday, she made a rare public appearance, attending the wedding of her colleague Sam Champion. She looks fantastic!

And in other (non-related) news, Kimora Lee Simmons isn’t the only one in St. Barts. Russell Simmons and his girlfriend, German model Hana Nitsche, are spending their holiday there as well. In years past, after the couple (Russell and Kimora) broke-up, they continued spending Christmas together, blended families and all.

Meanwhile, Rihanna and her best friend Melyssa Ford, are spending Christmas in Barbados.
