[Photos] FLOTUS & Kids Party With Usher, Mindless Behavior @ Kids Inaugural Concert 2013

Tweens, teens and their military families took over the Washington Convention Center, for the Kids’ Inaugural Concert. 

We spotted, First Lady Michelle Obama (FLOTUS) and her daughters, along with a ton of other concert goers, enjoying the likes of Usher, Mindless Behavior (who we spotted at a local DC restaurant this weekend), Katy Perry and members of the cast of the Fox series “Glee.” Hosted by FLOTUS (and that new ‘bang’), emceed by Nick Cannon and DJ’ed by D-Nice, the concert continues a tradition started at the 2009 inauguration by honoring the nation’s military families.
