Ladies ruled fashion, at the 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards. Hollywood’s hottest stars from TV and film poured into LA’s Shrine Center, showing up on the red carpet in gorgeous gowns, elegant pulled-up hair and dapper tuxes.
