Lil Mo ‘Stans’ for Beyonce, Shuts Keyshia Cole Down + DJ Clue Arrested in New York
R & B Divas: LA cast member Lil Mo is making known she is on #TeamBey. In a recent interview, she expressed her support for Beyonce’s song ‘Bow Down‘ and fired shots at Keyshia Cole’s criticism. Last month, Cole dissed the song via Twitter stating:
Can’t stand when people all self righteous when it’s convenient it makes them look good. Lmao! But can still talk sh-t when convenient 2 FOH. First “Women need to Stick together” now bitches better Bow. Smh. But it’s all G! Chicks stay shooting the sh-t. …
Lil Mo clearly hasn’t forgotten about the diss, candidly saying:
If she’s been in this game walking in stilettos since 15, she’s a mom, she owns a business, if you take it personal then maybe she was talking to you. I didn’t take offense to it.
Sit down, get off Twitter, if you can’t handle it, keep your opinions to yourself. Who is your publicist? Who is tweeting for you?”
Peep the clip.
As if that wasn’t enough, Grammy award winning producer The Dream had some comments about the singer. In an interview with popular morning show, The Breakfast Club he revealed that he won’t be working with the Cole in the near future. Why? Because of her ‘Bow Down’ diss.
Because of whats happened I can’t and I think she would respect why I cant, that’s my family. You have to have a grown up conversation, like “yo you talking about my family, you can’t do that.
Of course Keyshia responded on Twitter:
Dream not writing any songs for me is fine… Im on my 6th album… He’s only wrote 1 song on 1 of my albums, which i did love, God Bless
