Tameka Raymond Takes China, Loses Battle With Former Landlord Owes Over $200K

There’s nothing like a vacay….clear across the globe that is! While most of stayed state-side for our summer vacation, Tameka Raymond took her son Ryan on a one-on-one trip to China. Thanks to Instagram, we know that the two enjoyed being a tourist to the fullest, snapping pix of the while at The Great Wall of China.

And on a less happier note, according to TMZ, Usher’s former wife recently lost a battle with her former landlord over past rent and is now and now owes over $200,000. Her former landlord claimed she owed nearly $50,000 in back rent for three retail spaces in a Georgia complex that housed one of her businesses. Last year, it also reported that her landlord had already sued her for issues with back rent. Looks like Tameka still hasn’t paid. The report stated:

Tameka argued it was her landlord who broke the lease and the case should be tossed, but a judge did not see it that way AT ALL … and ordered Tameka pay up $186,036.50 in principal and $18,628.65 in attorney fees ….. for a grand total of $204,665.15.
