Oprah Covers JET + Jamie Foxx Understands Why Kerry Washington Secretly Jumped The Broom
Oprah Winfrey is covering the latest issue of JET Magazine, discussing Lee Daniel’s ‘The Butler’:
The Butler is a tribute to the working class Negro of that time and all of the unsung heroes whose names never made a history book. Through their perseverance, stability, drive and willingness to create a better life for their family, they became the foundation for the civil rights movement.
In her interview, she also dishes some candid advice about a person’s potential, explaining:

The issue hits stands today. And in more Hollywood news…
Actor Jamie Foxx is thrilled that his colleague, Kerry Washington, has jumped the broom. During Friday night’s 13th Annual Harold & Carole Pump Foundation Gala, HipHollywood caught up with Foxx, who shared his reaction to the Scandal star’s secret nuptials.

Fingers crossed that she has a wonderful marriage.
Sweet!
