Miley Cyrus Rocks Biggie Tupac Dress, Smokes A Joint On Stage At ‘MTV Europe Music Awards’

Miley Cyrus’ provocative fashion was the topic of discussion at the MTV Europe Music Awards on Sunday. The 20-year-old who was most recently buzzing for her twerker antics, stepped out wearing the late Tupac and Notorious BIG on the red carpet. The words ‘Stop the Violence’ included on the laced up dress, acknowledged that both famed rappers died violently. The singer paired the look with a pair of Tom Ford’s. And because Miley’s always admitted to enjoy marijuana, viewers were shocked when she smoked a joint while accepting her EMA for ‘Wrecking Ball’.

She told the audience:

You know I couldn’t fix this award in my bag, but I did find this, so thank you guys very much. Good night everybody. EMAs thank you for having me.
