Reginae Carter had a festive time for her birthday. This week, the daughter of rapper Lil Wayne and reality star Toya Wright turned 15. Both of her parents helped her celebrate, along with her step-father Memphitz (Toya’s husband), Birdman and his daughter (Bria Williams) and other family members.
