Jay Z has been spending some extra time in the nation’s capital these days.

Over the weekend, the Brooklyn-bred rapper/business man escorted his family to the White House, in celebration over First Lady Michelle Obama’s 50th birthday bash.Beyoncé, Blue Ivy, Jay Z and his mother-in-law, Tina Knowles, who became close to the Obama camp during election time, helped FLOTUS party for a monumental day. And last week, we caught Mr. Carter host a club appearance, after his Magna Carter Holy Grail pit stop in D.C. Held at Echo Stage, DC-bred Wale, author Kenny Burns and DJ Quicksilva partied along Jay and Beyoncé’s popular dancers Les Twins came out. Check out a few of the photos.
