Meet Basketball Wives LA’s New Cast Members: Sundy Carter, Brittish Williams, and Brandi Maxiell
Guess who’s back? Basketball Wives LA returns for season three. Last week, VH1 released a promo of the popular reality TV show. And as expected fans are in for what looks like full entertainment. The usual suspects are returning including Jackie Christie, Draya Michele, and Malaysia Pargo. And as in every season, some newbies have been casted on the show including Brandi Maxiell, Sundy Carter, and Brittish Williams.
Since we know you’re reality TV junkies, we did a bit of digging, ear hustlin’ and lurking to give you a bit of insight on the newest faces to the franchise. Here’s a breakdown on who the budding reality stars are:
Brandi Maxiell is married to the Detroit Pistons’ Jason Maxiell. The two are high school sweethearts and Brandi is also a cancer survivor.
Sundy
Sundy Carter is an actress/model from Philadelphia. She has worked on several music videos for your favorite artists such as Tamar Braxton and Busta Rhymes and has posed in Style Q and Solid Gold magazine. There is also word going around that Sundy is a homewrecker. She has been excused of being the mistsress of the Orlando Magic’s Larry Hughes and allegedly had his child back in 2007.
Brittish
Brittish Willams is a St. Louis native who is engaged to overseas basketball player Lorenzo Gordon. She operates the Love of Labels online clothing boutique as well. Here’s the official description from the network:
This season, “Basketball Wives: LA” welcomes newbies Sundy Carter, Brittish Williams and Brandi Maxiell to join the notorious team of wives and is sure to cause a commotion among the returning cast members Jackie Christie, Malaysia Pargo and Draya Michele. The new season begins with a surprising revelation. An ongoing love triangle with one of the cast members is exposed and causes major turmoil in the group and the three new ladies are forced to take sides.
The new season premieres Monday, February 17 at 8PM ET/PT. [Editor’s Note: Last fall, we attended an event hosted by Jackie Christie, which was filmed. Contractually, we were unable to report on any of the newbies and all of the drama that we witnessed (in the photo above, you’ll see me, Jasmine BRAND, with my head down, looking crazy), but viewers are in for lots of entertainment this season. There’s also another newbie that’s not an official cast member, that’ll make a few appearances this season.]
