[UPDATE] Kevin McCall Responds to Alleged Restraining Order Against Girlfriend Eva Marcille

Is there trouble in paradise for one of our favorite couples? Allegedly, model/actress Eva Marcille and boyfriend singer/producer Kevin McCall were involved in a domestic dispute of sorts, that ended in a restraining order. According to TMZ, on March 28th, the 29-year-old ‘America’s Next Top Model’ alumni filed a restraining order on the father of her two-month-daughter. Reportedly, the two got into a heated argument. She claims that the 28-year-old singer chased her around their home, trying to take their daughter. In the restraining order, she says that during his rampage, the kicked down four doors and threatened to punch her. He’s been ordered to stay 100 yards away from.

While neither have addressed these reports, according to social media, all is well with the couple. Last week, Eva shared an instagram photo of them, with the caption

In January, Eva delivered their bundle of joy, Marlaey Rae McCall. After her arrival, Kevin happily tweeted

Wow she has her mothers eyes never knew I could fall in love again @evamarcille #prouddad…Marley Rae McCall… She came out fighting the nurses! This is def our child lol thank you Jesus Christ for everything going decently and in order #amen

Last summer, the former America’s Next Top Model confirmed her pregnancy telling BET.com,

Being able to bring a life into the world is every woman’s dream but for me it’s more than just a dream it is a magical, mystical journey which I get to share with this amazing man. Kevin is the only man who I would share this moment in life with.  My life continues to be a bundle of incredible experiences.  get to do this incredible show on BET and I get to be a mom and live this amazing life that God has bestowed upon me. Who could ask for anything more?

The two have been dating since early last year and Kevin has a child from a previous relationship.
