NFL’er DeSean Jackson On Alleged Gang Affiliation: I Can’t Leave Them Behind
us said we wanted to make it and I was fortunate enough to make it so I wanna share life with my boys. I want them to come out and have a good time. I want them to live the life I’m living too. So, it ain’t no fun if the homies can’t have none, right?
When asked if there are some things he’d like to own up to or things he’d like to change, he responds:
I mean, I’m a honest person. I’m a realist at the end of the day, so I’m human. I’m not perfect. At the end of the day, I came into the NFL at 20 years old. So that was a lot given to me and uhh, coming from where I came from I had to get along. I had to learn certain things. I had to go through what I had to get to where I am now. I’m 27 now and uhh, I can definitely say I learned alot. For sure, I’m going to do things a little different.

Earlier this month, the Philadelphia Eagles released him, a talented player in the prime of his career. Some point to his attitude as the issue, while others pointed to the negative attention surrounding his connections to the Crips and a published report on NJ.com. He has since been signed to Washington. Over the weekend we caught him partying at a popular LA day party with Trey Songz, Rihanna and E!’s Terrence Jenkins.
