Love Don’t Live Here Anymore: Basketball Wives LA’s Malaysia Pargo Files For Divorce From Husband Jannero
Rumor has it, Basketball Wives LA’s Malaysia Pargo (real name Laquisha Pargo) and her NBA baller husband, Jannero Pargo, are ending their marriage. According to TMZ, the reality star has filed for divorce, ending her 9 year marriage with the Charlotte Bobcats player.
Reportedly, she filed in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences.
She’s request spousal support and for Jannero to pay for her lawyer fees. She’d also like custody of their three children, a 7-year-old and 3-year-old twins.
The couple married in 2006, were separated in 2012, but later reconciled.
Earlier this year, the couple aired out their issues on Instagram, posting cryptic messages that something was wrong. Malaysia posted the following photo on the popular social media site.
A Jannero tweeted:
On last season’s reunion show, Malaysia opened up a bit about her troubled marriage.
She revealed that when her brother had died, she felt that her husband was not as supportive as he should have been.
The reunion host, retired NBA baller John Sally asked if they were heading for divorce, she replied:
When we feel like it’s time for you to know, we’ll definitely let you know.
No word yet on what may have ended their marriage. There has been no official response from either Malaysia or Jannero.
If Basketball Wives LA returns for another season, our guess is viewers may watch this unfortunate storyline unfold. [TMZ, Bossip]
