[EXCLUSIVE] Cut the Check! NFL’er DeSean Jackson Sued By Sports Agent Drew Rosenhaus for $500k

Then on April 24th, Rosenhaus filed a federal lawsuit claiming that Jackson has not followed the order of the arbitration court and STILL refuses to pay up. He explains that the court said Jackson had 10 days after the order tot PAY up the full amount to Rosenhaus.

Rosenhaus says Jackson has left him with NO choice but to file a federal suit to confirm the arbitration award and for judgement in the amount of 516k.

He is also asking for a constructive trust and/or lien on Jackson’s current contract with the Washinton Redskins. Jackson has yet to respond to the federal lawsuit. Read the Exclusive Court Documents!
