[EXCLUSIVE] Bow Wow Slapped With Lawsuit For Allegedly Stealing Music, Listen to Both Versions
Another day, another celebrity lawsuit. Bow Wow (real name Shad Gregory Moss) has been accused of theft by a 70’s musician, claiming the rapper stole his music and never paid him a dime of the profits.
Robert Poindexter from the band The Persuaders filed a federal lawsuit against the 106 & Park host earlier this month. In his complaint he accused Bow Wow of sampling his 1972 song “Love Gonna Pack Up (and Walk Out)” illegally in his song “Still Ballin” featured on his 2010 mixtape. Poindexter says the 27-year-old took his song and made it into a vile and profanity filled track.
