[EXCLUSIVE] Bow Wow Slapped With Lawsuit For Allegedly Stealing Music, Listen to Both Versions
Poindexter originally sued Cash Money back in 2013, since Bow Wow is the labels artist but he lost that lawsuit. Following the loss he has now filed this new legal action. Bow Wow has stated in that lawsuit that the mixtape didn’t make profit and was released for free thus Poindexter had no case.
According to the docs, the singer says that Bow Wow’s lawyer and mother Teresa Caldwell originally were discussing with him about settling the issue out of court. However, all of a sudden the conversations ended abruptly and he claims he had no choice but to file suit.
Poindexter wants no less than 400k for Bow Wow allegedly stealing his music, plus interest beginning the date the rappers mixtape was released. Click here to read the lawsuit docs.
