[VIDEO] Chris Brown Releases New Track, ‘Flame’ + Singer Spotted Leaving Hollywood Club Tipsy

It was a helluva night for Chris Brown. The 25-year-old singer had his first official performance, since his recent rehab/prison stint, Sunday night at the BET Awards.

He hit the stage alongside Trey Songz and August Alsina. Afterward, we caught Chris partying at LA’s Playhouse, alongside Soulja Boy, Lil Wayne and a few other celebs. Check him about giving an impromptu performance at the DJ booth.

Sources tell us C-Breezy was in great spirits the entire night, so much so that he had to be assisted out of the club by friends. TMZ caught footage of the singer being semi-helped out of the club, swarmed by fans and then put into a car with girlfriend Karrueche. See the footage.

Early Monday morning, as promised, Chris released a new song titled New Flame, featuring Rick Ross & Usher.
