[EXCLUSIVE] Chris Bosh’s Baby Mama Wants 4-Year-Old Child to Take Stand in Courtroom For Custody Trial
The legal battle is about to head to trial, with both sides filing motions to allow expert witnesses and other key people to testify in the courtroom.

According to court docs obtained by theJasmineBRAND.com, on June 25th, Mathis filed a motion to allow the minor daughter to testify in the case –meaning she wants their 4-year-old to take the stand to answers questions.

Bosh & Mathis have been fighting in court for years and at one point the Florida Court judge reprimanded both Bosh and Mathis that they need to grow up and act like adults and focus on what’s really important — their child. That’s sad. That child is too young to even have to be going through this. They need to work out a joint custody agreement. Chris should get the mom a house or condo near his and pay a little support. Thats worth worth more than putting this child through all that!
This woman is sickening. Get a job!!! You are not his wife…you are not entitled to a life a luxury so quit with this child support battle. Clearly Its not even about the child anymore…she’s been dragging him thru the courts for the last couple of yrs because she wants like 30k/mos instead of the 3k or whatever she’s getting. From what I read online chris bosh pays everything for his daughter – schooling, insurance, clothes, vacations, etc. etc. she probably doesn’t have to put out a dime for their child yet she is still being greedy. Honey give it up and just be glad your daughter will never want for anything.
