[EXCLUSIVE] Drake Sues Jeweler – I Paid You 40k A Month, I OWN Your Work!

Drake (real name Aubrey Drake Graham) has fired back at the jeweler who is accusing the rapper of stealing his designs  and has now slapped a federal lawsuit against the man claiming he paid him 40k a month and HE OWNS all the designs that were created.

Here’s how the lawsuit got started — New York jeweler Michael Raphael of Baden Baden, Inc. claims he created a $50K diamond studded platinum owl pendant for Drake,  based on a logo he’s been using for years. The jeweler claimed Drizzy then knocked off replicas of the pendant –thus the lawsuit.
