[EXCLUSIVE] Brian McKnight’s Legal Battle Ends: Financial Ruin Settled, Ex-Accountant To Pay Singer $$$

Vernon Brown fired back at the singer’s allegations claiming that the 45-year-old singer was solely responsible for his financial situation. They claimed that he was informed that he had to provide the money for them to pay the taxes, since his accounts didn’t have enough to cover the payments. They claimed they went above and beyond to help the singer get out of the financial ruin and to fix the serious problem that he dug himself into WAY before they were hired. They wanted the lawsuit to be dismissed and McKnight be awarded NOTHING.

theJasmineBRAND.com reports exclusively that July 14th, McKnight and the firm filed docs informing the federal court judge they had reached a settlement in the case. The settlement includes a cash amount to be paid out before October 2nd and once the terms of the deal are met both parties will inform the court and the case will be over.
