[EXCLUSIVE] Dame Dash – Lawyer Quits on Music Mogul, Claims He Refuses To Pay His Bills!

music without permission or paying him any of the profits. Dash was represented by lawyer John Fazzio on both cases and both of the legal battles have been going on for several months.

Then on July 15th, Dash’s lawyer filed docs in both of the federal lawsuit demanding the court allow him to drop Dash for several reasons. He claims that he has “consistently tried to communicate with my client through electronic mail, telephone, text and regular mail, consistently over the last six months” with no luck. They state that Dash refuses to talk to them and help the law firm defend the music mogul.

The docs also note that Dash has NOT paid the Firm in full for the services it has rendered. The lawyer states, “I can no longer hope that Defendants will come around and participate in this litigation and their defense”.

Further he notes that …

I have consistently communicated with Defendant Dash, and his representatives, asking for them to assist with their defense and asking them to cure large outstanding balances owed to the Firm, and indicated repeatedly that the Firm would be making this motion to withdraw as counsel if the patter of non-responsiveness and non-compliance with their payment obligations continued and if the outstanding bill for services rendered to date was not paid.
